Return & Refund Policy

At MoonNSixpence Books, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return and refund in accordance with the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Return Policy

MoonNSixpence Books accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item should generally:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Be in new or slightly used condition.

• Be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and other materials when reasonably available.

• Include proof of purchase, such as your order number or other purchase information.

We understand that customers may need to inspect or lightly use a product before determining whether it meets their expectations. Therefore, slightly used products may be eligible for return, provided the item has not been excessively used, intentionally damaged, altered, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents us from reasonably processing the return.

Items that are excessively worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or missing essential components may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Before sending an item back, please contact MoonNSixpence Books to request return instructions.

Please include:

• Your name

• Order number

• Item or items you would like to return

• Reason for the return

• Any relevant photographs or additional information, if applicable

Once your return request has been reviewed, our customer service team will provide instructions for completing the return.

Please do not send products to an address other than the return address provided by MoonNSixpence Books.

Return Shipping

Returns are accepted by mail.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for obtaining a return shipping label unless MoonNSixpence Books specifically agrees otherwise.

Customers should use a reliable shipping service and retain their shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been received and the refund has been completed.

Original shipping charges may be refundable for eligible returns in accordance with the terms of this policy.

Restocking Fees

MoonNSixpence Books does not charge restocking fees.

No restocking fee will be deducted from an approved refund, regardless of whether the returned item is new or slightly used, provided that the return otherwise meets the requirements of this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, MoonNSixpence Books will review the return to determine whether it qualifies for a refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

We will process approved refunds within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and processed.

Please note that after MoonNSixpence Books  processes a refund, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your bank account, credit card account, or other payment method. The timing of the final credit may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number and, when possible, photographs showing the condition of the item or the issue with your order.

If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by MoonNSixpence Books, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or customized products

• Items clearly marked as final sale

• Items that have been excessively used, intentionally damaged, or altered after delivery

• Items that cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons after being opened, where applicable

• Products subject to specific return restrictions disclosed on the applicable product page

Any product-specific return restrictions will be disclosed on the applicable product listing whenever possible.

Exchanges and Replacements

Exchange or replacement availability may depend on current inventory and the condition of the returned product.

If an exchange or replacement is unavailable, MoonNSixpence Books may provide an eligible refund instead.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has entered processing or has already shipped.

If an order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or Damaged Return Packages

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned products and using the return shipping method or label applicable to their return.

We recommend retaining your return receipt and tracking information until your refund has been completed.

MoonNSixpence Books is not responsible for returns that are sent to an unauthorized address, sent without following our return instructions, or lost in transit when the customer has chosen and paid for their own return shipping method.

Original Shipping Charges

For approved returns, original standard shipping charges will also be refunded, where applicable.

Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not included in the refund unless MoonNSixpence Books specifically agrees otherwise or the return is due to an error, damage, or defect attributable to MoonNSixpence.
