**Intact Gift Giving Condition book**

There is so much to handle when you factor in dealing with post-menopause health changes, “empty nest” syndrome, and caring for aging parents. This rhyming story is a fun romp into the world of women navigating their mid-fifties. With insight and humor, our narrator, Lexi, undertakes it all by putting one foot in front of the other and constantly marching forward. She and her supportive friends are women who continue to pursue personal growth, career promotions, and retirement planning goals while trying to practice self-care, often with comical outcomes.
