Read what some of the most respected religious voices in the country have to say about the NRSV. “I view the NRSV translation to be the finest English Bible we have today. Its scholarship is impeccable. The English is accurate, approachable, and readable. It is excellent for both public and private use. I recommend it highly.” — Richard J. Foster, author of Celebration of Discipline “A good translation of the Bible is one that doesn’t sound like something printed in double columns on India paper but like this morning’s edition of the New York Times. Surprisingly often that is how the NRSV sounds to me.” — Frederick Buechner, author of Secrets in the Dark “Ever since it was first published, I have recommended it to students as the most reliable English translation for study purposes, and as the best for public reading in church.” — Marcus Borg, author of The Heart of Christianity Easter Lily Paperback Eucalyptus Paperback Poinciana Paperback Magnolia Paperback Paradise Paperback Add to Cart Add to Cart Add to Cart Add to Cart Add to Cart Customer Reviews 3,852 29 3,852 1,591 3,852 Price $14 39 $20 01 $14 91 $23 65 $10 06 Country Represented Vatican City Australia India Philippines South Africa The Catholic Bible Press: The Beauty of Our Sacred Faith Whether you are searching for a new Bible for your reflection or the perfect gift for Baptism, First Communion or Confirmation, Catholic Bible Press has exactly what you are looking for.
